BENEFITS OF STRENGTH TRAINING Many parents are apprehensive about their athletes lifting weights. However, your athletes will not simply be lifting weights! They will be engaged in a full fledged strength and conditioning program designed to improve athletic performance in all sports in which they participate. Please feel free to stop by and watch one of your athlete’s training sessions or contact Jamie directly with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have.
