Intro to Soccer
(Ages 4-6) ($8 per session) Ratio 1v8 M&W 5-5:30pm Have
fun learning the basic fundamentals of the game of soccer in this introductory
program.
Basic Training
(Group) ($10 per session) Ratio 1v15 M&W

U-TURN's
basic skills development program focuses on enhancing the basic fundamentals of
each player. Athletes train once or twice a week:

minutes improving speed, agility, quickness, and balance and coordination.
*30
minutes of Striking the Ball, Passing, Ball Work, and Dribbling. *20
minutes of scrimmaging or small sided games.
Next level
Training (Group) ($17.50 per session) Ratio 1v15 M&W 5:40-7:55pm
U-TURN's
intermediate skills development program is a more intensive skills program for
athletes, who have learned the technical fundamentals and would like to expand
upon those skills. Athletes train once or twice per week:

hour of ball work focusing on all aspects of the athlete's personal growth. *30
minutes of intensive speed, quickness, balance, and core strength workout.
High Performance
Training (Group) ($25 per session) Ratio 1v15 M&W 6:55-9:15pm
U-TURN's
premier development program is designed to take young competitive athletes,
desiring to compete at the highest junior levels, to their peak performance.
This program focuses on individually mastering the ball and the game. Athletes
train once or twice per week:
*1.25
hours of ball work at a higher intensity and frequent repetitions.
*30
minutes of intensive speed, agility, balance and core strength workout. *30
minutes of sport-specific, strength
training session for developing muscular power, strength, and endurance.
Private and
Semi-private training ($35-$45 per session)

U-TURN
Soccer private and semi-private lessons give our athletes more specialized and
individualized instruction and attention. Private is 1v1 and semi-private is no
more than 1v4.
